    •  The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the product and exchange it within 14 days, taking into account: - The product must be in its original condition and in the same original packaging, and the product must be unopened
    •   It is strictly prohibited to return the product if it has been opened. - The customer bears the cost of shipping the product if the reason for the return is not a defect in the product
    •   The customer is responsible for delivering the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company, after packaging it in the correct way
    •  If the product arrives broken or does not match its description on the site, or a product arrives different from what the customer requested, the customer has the right to return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product according to the customer agreement ( feeh.sa ) by contacting customer service through ( 48 hours) of receiving the product, and we will bear the shipping costs
  1. If the customer cancels a PC order while it is in the installation, testing, or packaging stage, 200 SAR will be deducted from the refund.

    An additional 2% deduction applies to Tabby orders.

  2. If the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped500 SAR will be deducted from the refund.

    An additional 2% deduction applies to Tabby orders.

  3. If the customer refuses to receive the PC from the shipping company, 500 SAR will be deducted from the refund.

    An additional 2% deduction applies to Tabby orders.

  4. Returning the PC after delivery is not allowed, except in the cases stated above.

B. Individual Parts (IT Parts)

  1. If the customer cancels an individual part while the order is in the order confirmation stage, a 2% deduction applies for Tabby customers only.

  2. If the customer cancels an individual part after it has been shipped or delivered60 SAR (round-trip shipping cost) will be deducted from the refund.

    An additional 2% deduction applies to Tabby orders.

  3. If the customer refuses to receive the item from the shipping company, 60 SAR will be deducted from the refund.

    An additional 2% deduction applies to Tabby orders.

  4. All products include a manufacturer warranty.

    If a defect occurs due to manufacturing issues during the warranty period, the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

    • Within the first 30 days: Shipping costs are covered.

    • After 30 days: Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Credit Card: Up to 14 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.

  • Bank Transfer: Up to 7 business days.

  • Tabby: Up to 14 business days.
