The Customer may request a return within 7 days, or an exchange within 14 days, from the date of receipt.
يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام، أو استبداله خلال 14 يوماً، من تاريخ الاستلام.
Condition of the productشرط أساسي
The product must be in its exact original condition, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returning or exchanging any product that has been opened is strictly prohibited.
يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية تماماً، غير مفتوح، وفي تغليفه الأصلي. يُمنع منعاً باتاً استرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج تم فتحه.
Fees & deductions on returnالرسوم والخصومات المترتبة على الاسترجاع
- 100 SAR is deducted from the refunded amount to cover shipping and other service fees.
- 20% or more of the product's value is deducted — the exact percentage depends on the type and nature of the product, in line with our refund policy.
- The Customer is responsible for packaging the product correctly and delivering it to the nearest shipping company branch.
- يتم خصم مبلغ 100 ريال رسوم الشحن والخدمات الأخرى من المبلغ المسترد.
- يتم خصم 20% أو أكثر من قيمة المنتج، وتتحدد النسبة الدقيقة حسب نوع وطبيعة المنتج، وفقاً لسياسة استرداد الأموال.
- يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تغليف المنتج بالطريقة الصحيحة وتسليمه لأقرب فرع لشركة الشحن.
Damaged, incorrect or misdescribed itemsاستلام منتج تالف أو خاطئ أو غير مطابق للوصف
Full refund or exchange, no deductionsاسترجاع كامل أو استبدال بدون خصومات
If the product arrives damaged, doesn't match its description on the site, or is different from what was ordered, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or a free exchange, with no deductions whatsoever.
إذا وصل المنتج تالفاً، أو غير مطابق للوصف في الموقع، أو مختلفاً عما تم طلبه، يحق للعميل استرجاع المبلغ كاملاً أو استبداله دون أي خصومات.

The Customer must contact customer service to file a report within 48 hours of receiving the product.

We provide a manufacturer's warranty on all our products. If a product develops a fault during the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our technical support team — we will cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected part.

- Feeh Store covers the shipping cost if the issue appears within the first 30 days of receipt.
- The Customer covers the shipping cost if the issue appears after 30 days have passed.
