Condition grading

How we grade devices

Your grade is an initial declaration. FEEH technicians confirm the final grade during inspection.

A+ Like New Almost new, no visible damage, fully functional.
A Excellent Excellent condition with minimal signs of use.
B Good Normal signs of use but fully functional.
C Fair Visible wear, scratches, or minor defects.
D Poor Heavy damage, functional issues, or requires repair.
Good to know

Clear rules, no surprises

  • The estimate is a range, not a promise. The final value is confirmed after physical inspection.
  • You decide: accept or decline the final value from your account. Nothing is charged until you accept.
  • Trade-In Credit is applied to new FEEH PC builds at checkout. VAT stays exactly as the store calculates it.
  • Serial numbers and IMEIs are checked against blacklists to protect everyone.
How long is my estimate valid?

Your estimate is valid for 7 days. Bring or ship your device before it expires to keep it.

What if the final value is different from the estimate?

You will see the original estimate, the final value and the difference, with the inspector's notes. You can accept or decline.

What if my device is worth more than the product I want?

We never pay cash automatically. Depending on FEEH's policy, the remainder stays as store credit, can be used on additional products, or goes through a manual refund approval.

Do I need the original box and invoice?

Not required, but they help: box, accessories and proof of purchase support a higher grade and a faster inspection.
