Privacy Policy 
Products:
First 30 days: Return or exchange is accepted if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
After 30 days: Products have a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
Peripherals and chairs: 1-year warranty.
Computer Systems:
First 30 days (Operational Warranty): If the system stops working, FEEH Store will cover shipping both ways and fix the issue for free.
After 30 days: Lifetime service warranty applies, including FREE service, technical support, and upgrades. The customer is responsible for shipping costs only.
If any issues occur, FEEH Store will cover shipping both ways and fix the issue for free.
After 30 days, there is a 2-year leak warranty along with our Lifetime Service Warranty, which includes FREE service, technical support, and upgrades. The customer is responsible for shipping costs only.
IMPORTANT: To keep the warranty active, the computer must be sent for annual maintenance once per year.
A: No. If an issue occurs within the 30-day period, FEEH Store will cover the shipping costs.
Note: Extended warranties are not available
A: During the warranty period, you may send your product for service as many times as needed.
A: You can send the product directly to the authorized service center, or contact us and we will assist you with the process.
